The theme for this years' Alberta Farm Animal Care  Livestock Care Conference is "PREP" for Livestock Emergencies (Plan, Respond, Evaluate, Progress). It will include emergency planning discussions, panels, experts, producers and industry leaders who will share their own experiences and a tabletop workshop on crisis planning. The keynote speaker is the very popular Rebecca Gimenez-Husted, of TLAER fame. More information at their website to follow.
